Ozzy postpones Euro tour again

Ozzy Osbourne was due to perform in Europe after re-scheduling the tour due to health issues. Well, he's postponing the rescheduled dates again due to a neck injury. His North American dates are still scheduled to take place. You can see Ozzy's statement below.
