In my effort to review some of the modern classics, I have come to "Out Come The Wolves". Maxwell Murder was a slap in the face of wannabe bassists trying to get by on one string. Tim Armstrong's raw and UK inspired voice lends to the overall appeal of the album, although he would go on to become too punk for his own good. So this record got lots of radioplay, so they made multiple music videos and so what if they made lots of money and got the groupies. It's still good music, and this CD still moves the pit as the crowd awaits the headliners…
