Sewing Circle Records is an upstart little DIY label run from under a guy's stairs in the sleepy little community of Perth, Western Australia. A place more nationally know for its bogans and bikies (and internationally for nothing at all), the city is becoming more well know for its music and it is in no small part due to bands like Grim Fandango and Chilling Winston. You can expect more of the same from these two bands on this one.

This is the first real release from Celebrator but they are in no way amateurs. With tight songwriting and musicianship their track on this 7" leaves you wanting more. With noodling guitars and catchy hooks as well as an intimate and iconic vocal sound we can only hope that "Engineers" will not be the only thing we here from these guys. Definitely the stand out track of the four on this release.

Ten Points For Glenroy round out this quartet of rock from WA with their track that had this reviewer dreaming of early releases from the Lawrence Arms having babies with Dear Landlord. "Business" is just that. Ten Points get straight to the point with their own blend of gruff pop punk from the 'burbs.
