Another New Bomb Turks reunion show scheduled

Following their show this past Sunday at the Union Pool in Brooklyn, NY, the New Bomb Turks have scheduled an appearance in Cleveland. The band will be at the Beachland Ballroom on March 4th with Disengage, Lives of the Saints, and Roué. The appearance is part of the venue's fifth anniversary celebrations.

they will never tour again, methinks. it'll just be a few reunion shows here and there. davidson's doing his thing in brooklyn, whatever "his thing" is. jim weber is supposedly going back to school. sam brown (drums) plays in another band called The Sun, and they're not that great in my opinion, but they have a major-label deal. plus i guess he and his wife have a kid now to deal with. i would be more than willing to drum for them, but they haven't got in touch. i have no idea what matt reber is up to.

fuck off! this is the first bad thing i've evet heard about NBT. They kick ass live, and only the bass player needs to get hit by a truck. That way I can join the band, and be the only shitty member.

why the fuck does the cleveland show have to be the same day as guitar wolf at the grog shop??????? and while i'm on the subject, why the fuck does motorhead have to play the agora the same day 7 seconds is at the grog shop???????

i was kinda hoping guitar wolf would, after seeing this monumental news, decide to play early and then drive their asses over to the beachland to see the turks...or vice versa - the turks play early and then go to the grog. but...in this case, sorry guitar wolf. turks still win, even if i did just drive 16 hours roundtrip to see them a couple weeks ago...

Shit, man - I can't believe I just heard about the Turks show right now. I actually made the trip to Cleveland to see Guitar Wolf - but damn, The Turks are my fuckin' heroes. I'm just hoping to myself they didn't play any songs that they didn't play at their last Columbus show. If that's the case, I'd be kickin' my nuts into my head. What's with these last minute impulse bookings?
