On August 2nd Gearhead Records will release the second full length from Japan's Electric Eel Shock on CD and limited edition color vinyl. Beat Me, the follow up to Go USA!, was recorded earlier this year with producer Attie Bauw (Scorpions, Judas Priest). Gearhead commented in their latest newsletter that "this is EVERYTHING we love in one shot, so rock, so metal, so punk- all run through that Japanese filter that somehow makes it all come out better than the sum of it's parts."
In the meantime you can check out the video for the song "Rock And Roll Can Rescue The World" from Go USA!, which can be found online now.
