In The Red Records has announced the first record in a series of limited edition vinyl releases. The label will launch the project with a 12" EP from Seattle's the Intelligence (the brainchild of Lars Finberg of A-Frames / Diapers). The 45 will feature four exclusive tracks, "Boys Annoy," "Flight of the Donkeys" (a different version from that on Icky Baby), "They Happen Too Fast," and "Empty Piņata." The release will be limited to 600 copies and only available from the label's website or directly from the band.
The second release in the series will be a long promised live record from Miss Alex White (Red Lights, Hot Machines) and the late Chris Playboy. Details on the release will be announced soon.
