The Loved Ones have posted two more songs from their upcoming debut LP Keep Your Heart. Now available for streaming are the album's opening track, "Suture Self", and "Sickening," joining the previously posted "Hurry Up and Wait" and "The Odds", as well as the first single "Jane" for streaming and download, respectively. They are also planning on streaming the full record via AOL Music the week prior to March 12th.

The band is also planning on playing their record release show in their hometown of Philadelphia, PA. Joining them will be None More Black and Armalite, who features Atom from Atom and His Package fame, Dr. Dan Yemin and Mike from Kill The Man Who Questions. The show will be on March 12th at the First Unitarian Church.

The band recently completed their opening stint for the Lifetime West Coast Reunion Tour and will be heading out with NOFX and the Lawrence Arms.
