Pulley working on DVD release

While they've been essentially hibernating since the release of Matters in 2004, Pulley has announced plans for a DVD release sometime this year. Bass player Tyler Rebbe recently commented on the band's message board:

Hey guys, I just got home from tour tonight and I'm dying over here, but I just wanted to give you an update. I saw the first 41 minutes fo the dvd two days ago. I think you're going to be VERY pleased. I couldn't stop smiling watching all the footage of the good ol' days. The insights of Matt and Jordan are really cool and offer a unique perspective on the beginings of the band.

Rebbe has been touring with Death By Stereo during Pulley's downtime. Meanwhile in December of last year vocalist Scott Radinsky has been tapped by the Cleveland Indians to be act as pitching coach for their double A team the Aeros.

as i understand it, tfp wanted to be a full time touring band. scott couldnt because of baseball, so they split.

i dont know if there is bad blood between anyone but thats basically it.

i for one am happy, since i like bothe tfp without scott, and pulley

The Akron Aeros are a great team and Canal Park is a great place to watch a game. The Cleveland minor league system is so good at every level and the Indians themselves are doing great thus far (except for dropping 2/3 to the M's).

Coming from a Cubs fan, I have to root for the Indians this year because they have the best chance of beating the SUX!!!!! I went to a SUX game when I was 8 or 9 and Scott was pitching for them. The Twins' hitters were hitting homer after homer and I was happy. Little did I know that I would be listening to Pulley all those years later haha.

I wanted the Cubs to win so, so bad in '03. How are Wood and Prior coming along with their injuries? If they can manage to get healthy and stay healthy I think they have a legitimate chance of uprooting the Cards.

The baseball dude was good in ten foot pole, but pulley is awful and man oh man did ten foot pole ever suck the meat missle after jocko left. so really, no one was better off. two horrible bands could have been averted had mr. baseball just gotten over himself and stayed in ten foot pole. on a related note, i think i may have just shit my pants. i better go.

If the rest of the ChiSox can manage to pick it up, it'll be a tight race in the AL Central between the Sox, Twins, and Indians. Actually, the Tigers could look to be in there, too. My prediction (as a Clevelander) is either the Sox or the Indians for the Central AND the Wild Card. The AL Central is the toughest league this year.

When I seen these guys at warped tour a few years back, they were on the small stage and the whole time they complained about not being on the mainstage and said it was the fans fault for just "downloaing their albums". Seemed kind of like dicks.

Considering tonight's Red Sox/Blue Jays game, I say the Bosox sent Clement over to Cleveland. Indians, naturally, send him to AA, which we know won't go through, and if it does, Radinsky works his magic.

Basically, the thrust of this comment is Matt Clement sucks and should pay dearly for the six-run second inning. In short, Matt Clement really sucks.

Yeah, kinda made me nauseous (particularly considering I just read Get In the Van). It's like the Black Flag logo, but with the spaces colored in between the bars, and it only said "Black" on the top and no "Flag" on the bottom. And it's about gymnasts chicks. And it's from the people who made Bring it On.

i wouldn't go that far. they haven't signed any good bands in 10 years. the only decent bands they have are bands that have been there a while (bad religion, pennywise, pulley, millencolin, the bouncing souls... not sure who i'm forgetting).
