The Turbo A.C.'s have announced that they'll take time off the road this summer to work on a new record. The band's follow up to 2005's Gearhead-released Avenue X is set to arrive in October.
The band recently announced a few additions to their lineup. Tim Lozada (frontman of the Hard Ups) took over on bass earlier in the year while Guelph, Ontario's Jer Duckworth has joined as second guitarist. The band's new record will feature them as a four piece for the first time. Gearhead Records (12 comments)

I'm not sure how I feel about this, when I saw them, the bassist was the strongest part of the band. 1+ Reply

saw them a couple weeks ago...they were good, but played with all psychobilly bands, so they seemed a little out of place.

should be interesting to hear them with a fuller guitar sound. great live band but i've only seen them twice and the shows were like 5 years apart | Features
