Bamboozle "Left" with Dashboard Confessional, Brand New, Thrice, Plus 44, Bled, Pink Spiders

A West Coast edition of The Bamboozle has been announced. Titled Bamboozle Left, the two day event will feature headliners Dashboard Confessional and Brand New, playing on October 14th and 15th respectively and featuring Thrice, Plus 44, The Bled, Pink Spiders, Sugarcult and many others.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow here. The event takes place at the Cal Poly Pomona Athletic Field in Pomona, California,.

I wonder how Plus 44 sound. I hated blink 182 but it's still curiosity that gets to me. I found when I listened to them that mark was a way better singer than that sound that tom makes, it sounds like he's taking a shit while he's singing.

I listened to plus 44 on myspace and they sounded perty shitty. but thats just my opinion. whether their shitty or not people are gonna dig them anyway because one of the dudes in blink182 is in that band. thats how that shit always works. the music industry works

I believe that Bamboozle West is a much more geographically correct term for this ... thing. Bamboozle Left makes the organizers sound like idiots who never passed 1st grade geography.

Make fun of me all you want, I'm still excited to hear Plus 44. Travis has always been a great drummer, and I always preferred "Mark" songs to "Tom" songs with Blink-182. I fully expected Angels & Airwaves to be disappointing, but I'm hoping for good things from Plus 44.

The one plus 44 song wasn't too bad... I wish I could go to this. I wonder if they're only playing 2 songs, cause as far as I know, that's all they have. haha.

I can assure you that Island Records is not to blame for Thrice either:

1. Playing this crappy show

2. Making a crappy last album. Seeing as it hasn't sold shit, I'm sue Island is pretty bummed.

Seriously, you're making it seem like it's alkaline trio opening up for my chemical romance, the vandals opening up for the hives or bad religion opening up for blink 182.

They both been a band for about the same amount of time, just one of them sold more records, draws more people and hasn't toured for like 2 years.

How about a Bamboozle Center? As in in Chicago? or Milwaukee? good idea? yeah i think so...as for all you kids sayiing "F U" and "(insert band name here) Sucks!" .. well that's your opinion and there's no reason to get angry at people for the music they choose. because the reason these bands are on here is because they are well liked and have worked hard enough to deserve this show. So dislike them if you must because you arent a "poseur" and you are "too cool for school" then so be it but don't get other people down for it because i'm sure all of you have had your music hated by one person or another. So chill out and enjoy the tunes
