Produced by Aereogramme and Martin Doherty, the album was recorded in Glasgow at 4th Street Studios. The album will be preceded in the UK by a 7" single featuring the song "Barriers" and B-Side "Dissolve." There will be a video for "Barriers" by animator Hugo Cuellar.
The title is taken from William Peter Blatty's book, The Exorcist. The band explains the choice:
It's a really beautiful line from the book which never made it into the screenplay surprisingly. It's from the first chapter as Father Merrin decides to return to America and says farewell to his friend. It's simply loaded with foreboding, resignation and hope - which seemed to resonate with our outlook going into this album, so it worked on a number of different levels.

I can't say enough good things about this band.
A friend introduced me to them a few years ago and they've been one of my all-time favorite bands. I have no idea why they're not huge over here.
Their studio albums are really dark and epic, and if you get on Soulseek you can find these really awesome acoustic tour EPs that they self-released.
You can check out a Slayer cover they did a few months ago here: http://www.sotu.co.uk/exclusives/disciple.mp3
And no, I'm not in the band.
