If people thought Florida was so great, why were they unable to pass Michigan until after their season ended? Even when they barely lost to Ohio State, they still didn't drop.

In these two weeks, you can honestly say barely scraping by a terrible Florida State and surviving Arkansas in an incredibly sloppy SEC title game made them jump FORTY points? Please...

Sorry Florida, but everyone with a brain knows the only reason why you're in the Championship Game is because people didn't want to see a rematch.

that article is awful and so is his logic.

florida had a WAY WAY tougher schedule and won their conference. Sure, Michigan only lost one game, to us(Ohio State) but they couldn't win the game they needed to win. Florida did.

If you go by rankings, Michigan had either the 3rd or 5th toughest schedule. The SEC is good but too many people overrate them. No dominant teams, just some good teams along with the scrubs that every other conference has.

Auburn was jobbed a couple of years ago and don't think that didn't factor in to their reason to chose Florida as well. Not to mention, you know damn well other conferences didn't want this to be just about the Big Ten. Thus, the vote shifted incredibly despite Florida struggling.

I think the real National Championship game was already played and though there should've been a rematch, it was nullified because of politics.

Regardless, I still think Ohio State would win. But at least Michigan would make it an intriguing game and that's why Tressel refused to cast a vote.

Um...didn't Ohio State barely scrape by Illinois? Illinois ( one of the youngest teams in the country) owned the second half of that game and they are TERRIBLE. Ohio State had 20 yards in the 2nd half...20 YARDS!!! All Florida has to do is half good film analysis and clever scouts. Oh...and Florida's schedule isn't harder than Michigan's. Please compare. Florida--Tenn., LSU, Al., Ark., Georgia, Auburn. Michigan-Ohio State, Wisconsin, Notre Dame

I don't think they're as good at all. I just think Michigan had their chance, and I don't like close games. It kills the buzz.

Neither of them should legitimately be playing in the title game because there is no playoff and Boise State is getting fucked by everyone.

Agreed, I think it's about time Boise St. gets some kind of chance to prove something. Haven't they been undefeated like every year? And I think it's all a mute point, because even though I don't like OSU, they'll beat whoever the hell they play anyway. Fuck Michigan, seriously, probably my least favorite team ever. Waste of a cool uniform.

i've only ever seen them fit on a tour once and that was when they came with rasputina a few years ago.

I saw them headline once with The Life and Times, and Wiliam Elliot Whitmore...that was pretty weird, but i guess it made sense.

Also, I guess its glad that the hush sound sold out in philly the other night, since i was only going for murder anyway

Hell yeah their new stuff is pretty solid, not quite as good as Odd How......but different, which is good. My two favorite bands are touring together ie: Thursday and Fear Before, and they're not coming anywhere near Milwaukee bahhhh!! I guess I might make the trip down to the Little Rock date. Murder By Death are awesome live too. I haven't seen them in about 3 years now. So this is a most def tour to go to(at least for me)

The fact that you think "Waiting" is an amazing album and not be open to listening to the new Fear Before album I think says a lot about your musical taste.

Thursday's good but "Waiting" is WAY dated. "Full Collapse" was the album that was needed at the time but c'mon. Give it a shot.
