Bosstones post alternate take of "Another Drinking Song"

The Mighty Mighty Bosstones continue to dig into the vaults and release rare and unreleased material. The influential and beloved ska/punk act has been on hiatus since 2003.

The latest track is rather different recording of the track "Another Drinking Song" from the band's most successful record, Let's Face It.

You can check it out on their MySpace page.

The band released A Jackknife To A Swan in 2002.

a sound recorder could.

There used to be an app called myspace gopher. it would rip streams, last time i checked it wasnt working anymore due to changes on myspace.

Download advanced mp3/wma recorder, download a crack from some crack website, and then you can record it to mp3 as you listen to it.

"Rascal King," which lead to my introduction to the Bosstones' "Live At The Middle East" (The very first ska and/or punk album I ever bought), which was featured in the LAX level in the HIGHLY underrated PS1 game ROGUE TRIP.

First, love this verison better then the one that went on the album.

Secondly i'm hoping all this recent Bosstones activity leads up to a reunion, like i'm sure Dicky's getting sick of Kimmel.

I don't see how Slapstick is any better than other generic ska/punk acts of the 90s, I don't like the Broadways, and the only Lawrence Arms CD I like is Oh! Calcutta.

word is they're reuniting for Groezrock, bad religion played it last year out of the blue (although granted they wern't on hiatus but they wern't playing shows) so it could happen i guess

Let's Face It is an amazing album.

This demo is ok, but I like the moody "Ghost Town" ish two-tone version better.
