Spitfire has begun work on the follow up to 2006's Self-Help. The band has been locked up in their Virginia Beach, VA studio since September creating what will be their forthcoming album on
Goodfellow Records.
They
will start pre-production this April with engineer Chris Dohwen (Twelve Tribes, Cassius,
Scarlet), followed by a month long recording in July 2007 with Eric Rachel (Dead Guy, Lifetime, Every Time I Die)
at Trax East in New Jersey.
This new, as-yet untitled album will be released on Goodfellow in the fall of 2007.
