Thrice has announced a short tour in May in anticipation of their upcoming as-yet untitled double-double album. Thrice are self-producing the four albums, which are each around 30 minutes long. According to reports, the band is considering releasing the four albums in pairs, with just a few months in between. System of a Down took a similar accelerated schedule with their recent double album. They released their last album,
Vheissu in 2005.
Joining the band for the tour will be
