Vaux plans to record in April

Vaux has announced plans to begin work on some new material. The band's last record, Beyond Virtue, Beyond Vice took ten months to release, slipping from an October 25th release on Atlantic, to an August release via their own Vx Record.

The band explained:

Plans have been finalized. Vaux will be in Detroit from 23 April thru 06 May 2007 recording six to seven new songs. our good friend Chris Koltay has been kind enough to let us record at his studio, High Bias Recordings, for a very reasonable price.

We're very excited to be recording some new material. we're very happy with the way these new songs are turning out. we have a couple rockers .... and a couple different types. we can't wait to have them finished-up and ready to pass out.

If you jabronis actually listened to their new stuff instead of just saying the old standby "their older stuff was better", you would know that they currently DOMINATE.

this band..was beyond horrible at warped tour. like it makes me mad how i was kinda excited to see them mainly cuz i dug the few songs i've heard.
