Afterburner, a new project formed by Joey Cape (Lagwagon, Bad Astronaut) and Todd Capps (Bad Astronaut), have debuted four new songs. Joey first announced the project in January.

Bad Astronaut was retired in memory of drummer Derek Plourde. Their final album, Twelve Small Steps, One Giant Disappointment, was released last year.
