Uprising signs Gloria

Uprising Records has signed Minneapolis-based Gloria. The label describes them as:

Undeniably catchy, energetic, crowd moving hybrid of Pop Punk, East Coast Hardcore, and hint of 80's New Wave. Fusing catchy vocal hooks, driving 'wall of sound' guitars, and quirky synth leads,

The band will be recording their national debut this summer with Paul Miner (New Found Glory, Atreyu etc). You can check out some music on their myspace page.

These guys have been around for a few years, defidently before fall out boy made it big. They have worked their asses off to get this far, playing shit shows in shit venues all over the place. Its too bad people confuse music that is made to have a fun time to and sellout pop. I personally know a few of these guys and they are very nice people. Very deserving.

1) pick someone famous
2) sound like them
3) dress like them

1. They have keys
2. They actually play guitar
3. the singer sings INTO the microphone

the description of this band sounded awesome, until I read this part:
