In what is certainly a significant blow to digital music pioneers eMusic, Victory Records has pulled their entire catalogue from the service.

Label boss Tony Brummel told digitalmusicnews.com:

I just don't believe in what they're doing, I don't see much point in doing business with those guys."

Brummel is referring to a freshly-unveiled eMusic sales package known as Connoisseur, designed for heavy-buying music fans. The bulkier bundles drive per-track download costs to 25 cents, if the subscriber maximizes the number of available downloads within the plan.

eMusic notably kicked off the digital music sales market in 1998, five years before Apple's iTunes store. The store has never sold music with DRM, and as such has constrained itself to non-major label music primarily.
