Level Plane plans Aussitot Mort release

Level Plane has announced plans to release a new CD from France's Aussitot Mort. The CD compiles the 4 songs from their debut 12" released last summer as well as 1 track from the split 7-inch with Balboa and one unreleased track. It will come packaged in an Arigato pack from Stumptown Printers. It is due out April 17th, 2007.

Formed in Caen, France in 2005 and featuring former members of Apollo Program and current members of Amanda Woodward, the band released their self-titled 12-inch debut last year.

as much as i'd like golden state to upset the mavs... i don't think it will happen. they'll definitely give them a run for their money. but i think in the end the mavs will find a way to beat golden state. and as for lakers upsetting phoenix, HAH! yeah, im sure that will happen... wait... no chance in hell.

word, the lakers are terrible. i think the golden state over dallas upset may happen, despite my better judgment. and i think the jazz may shock everyone and make the western finals.

if the warriors upset the mavs, the finals will either be suns vs. pistons, or spurs vs. pistons. but i think chicago can also upset detroit. and i really hate the spurs, they play almost as boring a game of basketball as detroit does. a spurs/pistons final would put me to sleep every night.

To try to stay relevant, I loved Aussitot Mort's 12 inch, as well as everything Amanda Woodward has ever done. So, yeah, I'll be picking this one up.

it's basically a chipboard package with a tabbed flap that swings closed and secures into a notch.

it's basically a further reduction of the digipak, the cardstock cd package where the cover folds out with a little pocket for the booklet (or the booklet actually attached to the cover) and a plastic disc tray.

this is all paper-based, with a pocket that both the disc and lyrics sheet / booklet / artwork fits into. it's a lot more elegant and takes up less space than a more plastic cd case.
