Manic Hispanic announces Cinco De Mayo shows

Orange County's Manic Hispanic have announced plans for their annual Cinco De Mayo bash at the Galaxy Theatre in Fullerton. On Friday, May 4th the band will appear with Filthy Thieving Bastards, Calavera and Destruction Made Simple. The following day they'll be joined by Guttermouth, the Crowd and Black President.

The band, famous for their covers of classic punk songs with "an old school barrio twist" features members of the Adolescents, the Grabbers, Agent Orange and the Cadillac Tramps.

Any kind of touring for this band is rather unlikely. All the members are in different band so scheduling would be a bitch. Unfortunately, the founding member is no longer with the band which means they are not as good as they use to be.

Manic Hispanic celebrating Cinco De Mayo, unheard of!!
I remember seeing these guys a few years back on Cinco De Mayo with NOFX and Against Me!. That was a fun show. And yeah, I guess that don't tour too much though they've come through the Bay Area a few times.

There's a band in Detroit with a similar theme called Spick of it All that's playing on Cinco de Mayo
