So whats up with Calgary's Chixdiggit? Drummer Dave Alcock has moved to purchase the studio Sundae Sound, where the band recorded their first album in 1996. Sundae Sound has been the recording home for several Calgary groups, including surf machines the Huevos Rancheros. The drummer was working at the studio during the band's offtime just announced his intentions to purchase it. The band will be recording their fourth studio album at Sundae Sound this winter.
