TKO Records will be reissuing the full length Letter Bomb from "original beach punks" The Crowd. The record, originally released in 1996 by Flipside, will be repackaged with bonus tracks and other unspecified extras. No release date has been announced yet, but the band indicates that 2001's Punk Off is next in line. The band's first CD in 6 years is said to be "taking shape" as well and will include recent live staples "Radio," "Headless," and "Stitch Me Up."
The Crowd formed in 1978, lasting into around late 1982 in their in original run. The band was back together by `87 and has remained active in some capacity ever since. TKO Records (19 comments)

The Crowd are one of the original Posh Boy bands and still are worth checking out live. Their Beach Blvd. material and PB album are classics! They have influenced a ton of bands in So Cal but whenever I've seen them play the audience gives them so much negative shit it makes NO SENSE. Both of the TKO reissues are of two pretty good albums just the same. | Features
