HR of Bad Brains speaks (in rare video interview)

HR, the enigmatic lead vocalist of hardcore pioneers Bad Brains recently participated in an interview while the band was aboard "The Temptress" cruise ship prior to their recent New York City show. The band most recently released their long-awaited new full length, Build a Nation.

How do the Org guitarists feel about Les Paul Juniors? Don't give me any Billie Joe BS. Plenty of other bands use them. I really like the simplicity of it, but I'd like further opinions. I play in a very minor band that plays only a few shows a year, BTW. Just for fun. Thanks.

never played one. but why not just get a regular les paul. they might be a bit heavy but those things are great. if its good enough for slash...then its good enough for me.

I play a les paul classic and love it. I've never played the junior, but the classics have amazing feel and a nice crunchy sound.

It's a shame he doesn't bash the gay agenda more. I've always respected the Bad Brains a great deal for standing up to the faggot agenda that runs this punk scene and this whole fucking country.

I've seen several performers in their 50s put on a hell of a show. No, they aren't going to be confused with Andrew W. K. up on the stage, but they can definately move. As far as what we cunts will be doing in our 50s, I'm sure if any of us were out of money and given a chance to record a so-so album and re-pad our wallets we'd be all over it.
