Media: A Life Once Lost: “Worship”

A Life Once Lost have posted the first song from their upcoming record. The album is titled Iron Gag and is due out September 18, 2007. It is the follow-up to Hunter which was released in 2005 and reissued in 2006.

i just listened to it this morning, and I liked it. Definitly needs a couple more listens though.

what about this band A Life Once Lost? seems like I have heard their name a million times.....aren't they metal-core before metalcore got ridiculous? any good?
