Tours: Gallows

Gallows have announced the first few dates for their first headlining tour of the US. The band previously visited North America on Warped and then briefly opening for Bad Religion.

The band released Orchestra of Wolves domestically last year.

I haven't heard any of their studio recordings, but saw them open for Bad Religion, and I have to say, I was NOT impressed. definently wouldn't shell out $15-$25 to see them headline.

There's a Utah date on January 30th, so I assume they'll be in the US until at least then.

Man I can see what all you haters are saying and I think that if you see these guys at a massive arena (i.e. anything on Vans Warped) they probably lost some of their charm – but I fuckin' love these cunts – I first saw 'em at a pub that held 100 people packed to about 200 and it went completely fucking crazy – they had to stop the set halfway through 'cos the guitarist needed to borrow someone's ventalin, the air was so dense his asthma was playing up and the whole band copped as many as they gave. Actually, not sure if Frank sang any of the set, it was kind of like open mic night. What hardcore should be.

I guess I'm not really making much of a point but if you see these guys in a small venue when you don't have the option to stand on the sidelines and Frank's all in your face it makes a really, really nice change from all these stadium-wanna-be-pop-

their affinity for packed small club shows in the UK doesn't help the fact that their music is overrated and trite, and their singer whines to the press everytime he takes a shit that "just didn't feel right"

yes he calls them up and is like 'please tell the world this'.

more like the press are a bunch of ass kissers and seemed to have glued themselves to frank like teenage girls with a crush. it's not his fault, he says whatever the hell he wants and then they repeat it, often inaccurately.

everyone always blames the band for their problems with the media, if you ever hung out with most people in the industry, you would understand why everything should be taken lightly. if you knew the guys in gallows, you'd probably just be drunk having a laugh like they are.
