Fake Problems have posted the b-side from their new 7-inch, Viking Wizard Eyes, Wizard Full of Lies. The disc was recorded with Rob McGregor (Hot Water Music, Grabass Charlestons) and features artwork from Heather Gabel.

I just found my copy of this in the mail about ten minutes ago. I'm hoping I'm not as bored with it as I was with the full-length.

I'm not really sure. "Born and Raised" was alright, but none of it really stuck with me. The Spurs & Spokes 7" was more memorable for me.

The full length didn't really win me over at first, but it grew on me hardcore after a few listens. This sounds more immediate and overt. I have a feeling the 7" is gonna be gangbusters. Also, they get 100 punk points for the Blink 182 references, which are sure to piss off the rigid moralist punx.

weird.... blink 182 have a song called wendy clear... and they were gonna name enema of the state viking wizard eyes, a viking full of lies... that was back when they were descent.

The other two songs on the 7" are "Mutt" and "Adam's Song." Inside the sleeve they thank Mark, Tom, and Travis, too.

this sucks. can you try any harder to sing like youre from the south or some shit. if i go to naples is everyone wearing straw hats and moving on to better accents? they wish this was a blink 182 cover, but couldn't get the bro accent down i guess.

They reported that at first, but it's not true.
