Insubordination to releasing 13 live CD/DVDs documenting 2007 fest

Insubordination Records will be documenting their 2007 Fest just in time for their 2008 one via DVDs and CDs. The label will offer 13 live CD/DVD sets from the following bands: The AV Club, Beatnik Termites, Dead Mechanical, Ergs!, Guts, Wimpy & the Guts, Leftovers, Paper Dragons, Short Attention, The Steinway's, Teenage Bottlerocket, Varsity Weirdos and one unannounced party.

Some of the sets are for sale now, including a 95 dollar "The Full F*&^%ing Experience" set for completists.

This year's edition of the fest will feature The Queers and a reunion from 80s-era Lookout! act Sweet Baby

It's not that there aren't any good bands on that list, it's just that I'm not a huge fan of live CDs/live DVDs unless it's of a band I really, really love (i.e. MTX).

if you go to the website, you will see that they will be releasing DVDs for almost all of the bands.

the ones they announced are only the first few. so there probably will be a MTX dvd...just not til a little later on

A little bit much for 30 minute sets to buy the dvds individually. I don't want to spend $95 on all of them. I would have liked a 3 for $25 or something like that.

on the Insubordination website, you can pick these up for about $7 a pop...i was just checking out The Steinways one
