Insubordination Records has unveiled even more of the 40 band roster to play this year's Insubordination Fest. Look for Ann Beretta and Lemuria to join previously announced bands like the Queers, the Ergs, the Riptides, Teenage Rehab, Moral Crux and Sloppy Seconds among others. While not yet confirmed by official sources, Copenhagen pop punk act the 20belows are also reporting that they'll play the fest.
The show will take place on June 27th and 28th at the Sonar in Baltimore, Maryland. A pre-show will likely take place the night before. Tickets will go on sale in early April for those individuals who have pre-ordered. They'll will be available afterwards via Interpunk and Ticketmaster. The weekend will notably feature reunions of Sludgeworth, Danny Vapid's band between the first and second incarnation of Screeching Weasel, and 80s-era Lookout! act Sweet Baby. I think it's awesome that Lemuria are startting to hop on some festivals. "Get Better", so far, is the best album I've heard all year. 2+ Replies
