The way I see it they play it safe but it least they've come up (albeit a lot faster than most groups, mostly because of the girl factor) the same way a lot of bands do. They're young and if I had the same opportunities they had I'd be really tempted to take them. If anything they're a good gateway band for kids. Again, they aren't an abomination they just aren't what most of us would consider listening to.
