Some enterprising and/or weird individual has put together a Black Flag hair timeline showing the haircuts of the influential hardcore band through the years. Beginning with Nervous Breakdown in the late 70s through the bands stoner-metal years circa In My Head.

by batsenflaggs on 2008-04-11 14:49:00 the second '82 line-up look like a post-hardcore band from '04 man. i didnt like them before, but knowing that this is what their fans do really drove the point home.
You can see as the hair and hesher beards grew longer, it was in sync with the albums that declined drastically. Pretty much everything after Damaged is total crap. Greg Ginn is a horrible guitarist. I don't know why people praise him.
