Neurosis records live show for VBS.tv

Legendary hardcore/post-rock/etc. act Neurosis recently did two nights at The Brooklyn Masonic Temple. Since the band tours so rarely, VBS.TV recorded the set and are putting up selections from the performance all this week.

Yeah, I saw them on tour for Through Silver in Blood. Fucking incredible performance, talk about intense.

Crazy live, went with a friend without much prior knowledge of them not too long ago and was blown away. They're a band that is alright on cd, but so much better live.

First time I saw them @ Gilman St. in 1988 I was blown away....

20 years later..Still blown away

I wonder if this vbs.tv thing or the pitchfork tv have caught on? I know I don't make a habit of watching them (unless it's something like this, I mean the little sketch/interview things) and it seems like a lot of time, effort and money to dump into something if it's not working.

Also, this is awesome.
