Street Dogs on the 17th, Gaslight on the 23rd, and Tim Barry, Ben Nichols and Chuck Ragan on the 27th. Guess, I'll stop paying my rent and move into Jack Rabbits in september.

Will be at the Baltimore show. Street Dogs rule live. You might even say they are consistent. 3+ Replies

I assume everyone who says that it is okay for a Christian band to operate in the punk scene are also cool with White Power bands as well, as long as they aren't preachy, right? 6+ Replies

For anyone that doesn't think Flatfoot 56 wants each and every person who comes to their shows to be turned on to the Christian faith just check out these lyrics: http://www.christianrocklyrics.com/flatfoot56/wehavebe encalled.php There is a battle waging on And there's no good men to be found Where are the people who will stand for what is right? Why has holiness decreased? Why has purity just ceased? Where are the people who will stand up and fight? I know the plans you have for me You knew them even the calvary You paid the price and then you died You were the only sacrifice Cause we have been called To let the light out And we have been called To share the truth We show rest of comment 1+ Reply

1. They are not bank rolled by Sony BMG. That was a distro deal they had for thier last record via Flicker Records. 2. These guys are the absolute nicest fellas I met. As far as I'm concerned everyone that is bashing them on here needs to take a breath and enjoy genuine human kindness once in a while. 3. If these guys have ever played a show where you felt uncomfortable b/c they just couldn't stop preaching--I'd like to know the date and venue? 4. To compare them to a whitepower band bc they maintain a faith in God is absolute stupidity in its purest form. From time to time I wonder how many people in the "Scene" are christians and are AFRAID to even say something about it bc of the backlash of elitist like Lance. I'm going to this show early and I'm bring all my friends. Support unity, and to show rest of comment 5+ Replies
