We know more people are going to hear this record, so we're going to make the message bigger. With the current situation in England it's a pretty dire place to be for a lot of people. It's a great place, but at the same time everything is getting more expensive and there's a new teenage knife incident every week. It's a pretty ghastly place at the moment. The current situation around us is influencing Frank's lyrics and the way we write the music as well. The band will record with producer GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Melvins) beginning in September. A worldwide release is expected in February of 2009.

I wonder if GGGarth is related to McG? They're almost as bad as Cher with the name thing.

It's obviously worrying with the rising levels of knife crime over here and yet nobody has a good solution to it. 2+ Replies

i can do nothing but sigh. what is it about bands who are politically moronic? if only they'd stop reading tabloid newspapers they might realise that hysteria is not reflective of reality: http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/jul/17/knifecrime.ukcrime1 http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2008/jul/18/knifecrime.ju stice . so what can we expect from this skinny man known as 'frank'? paranoid ramblings about some kind of post-apocalypse England, where no one can walk the streets without getting attacked by a mad-maxesque gang of hoodlums? sounds great. if you ask me, the only thing 'ghastly' about England is the fact that it is over populated by irrational nutjobs like this 'Laurent Barnard' gu show rest of comment 2+ Replies
