Derry, Northern Ireland's Fighting With Wire have signed to Photo Finish Records. The band has drawn
comparisons to At The Drive-In, Fugazi and the Foo Fighters. Fighting With Wire
plan to release their U.S. debut in early 2009.
The label is offering a full stream of their record here. Photo Finish Records (6 comments)

It's more of a "type your information here to download our free EP and a music video, first come first serve of 7400" thing. Not a stream.

These guys are really boring. I saw them supporting Future of the Left and seriously dull.

Without even hearing their sound i know they're better than Snow Patrol

the album's been out here in the UK for a good few months now, i bought it on the strength of "everyone needs a nemesis" and it's seriously up there in my top ten of the year so far. not a bad song on it! | Features

ATDI - Good instrumentation, the vocals are a bit much.
Fugazi - Well, it's Fugazi. Great band.
Foo Fighters - Good potential, too many slow songs and mainstream rockiness.
But a combo actually sounds pretty good.
