exactly. really bad = sounding nothing like. joan jett is one of many stylized female "rocker chicks" that the advertising department could have could have instructed to the jingle singer to mimic, even the singer obviously couldn't pull off a "tough" sound if they tried. it has nothing with how they sound but the attitude injected into the performance. hence, really bad joan jett peformance or really bad attempt at trying to be rocker chick by someone who has no business doing so.

My initial rage at this whole concept turned to dumbstruck amusement once I heard that song.

im just going to say that that second one was justified. osgood hit him in the face with the end of his stick. and a guy who can take 100mph slapshots in the chest and not flinch, and then dramatically falls down after someone taps him in the chest is a little over dramatic in my opinion.

also he came back from getting 10 stiches in his eye after getting hit headfirst into the boards to score that goal.

Holy shit, that's amazing. I dunno what's up with the Stars though. Turco's been awful this season.

My favorite shootout goal still goes to Malik's between-the-legs winner over Kolzig in 05-06, just because it was Marek fucking Malik who scored it.
