so this is what so-called metalcore bands have come to? Touring with the bands that get played on the local top 40 station. 2+ Replies

anybody remember when strung out and papa roach toured together? 2+ Replies

Well at least they're touring with established bands who have proven they're not a trend. Oh wait... 2+ Replies

I saw the word Buckcherry, and I my first reaction was that this was one of those April Fools Day stories.

AGENGED SEVEN FOLD IS FINALLY ON AN APPROPRIATE TOUR!!! I always said that most metal-core and a lot of hardcore was dangerously close to becoming top-40 Nu-Metal, and, well, Avenged Sevenfold helped me prove that. I wish I were a hillbilly tough-guy so that I could stop complaining on a silly message board and just go to this show and see my four favorite bands together! 1+ Reply

People that like Buckcherry make me laugh. Some of them think that Buckcherry is like some kind of awesome underground rock band, when actually, they suck far more ass than just about any band ever could.

Nothing says "Happy Valentines Day" in Council Bluffs like taking your white trash babe to listen to "Crazy Bitch". 1+ Reply

I have a little respect for Buckcherry because they have the audacity to sing about drugs, despite being on a major. 3+ Replies

I had the displeasure of watching a video of Saving Abel the other morning. It was morbid curiosity and I had to sit through the shitty video just to see who the awful band was. It's great that they're touring with 3 equally shitty bands. Hopefully they're all taking one bus and can all go away with one act of god :P

i mean, i understand this was prolly posted just to set em up so we can knock em down, but seriously. this tour is fucking terrible. pray for forgiveness.

i don't know why Papa Roach even tries to top the lyrical master piece of "To Be Loved"; that shit takes it to a new hard core level. 2+ Replies

I'd just like to point something out...The venues listed go something like...Arena, Coliseum, Arena, Arena, Dome, Coliseum, Dome, Arena. There will be luxury tour busses, girls that you'd make fun of to your friends (but secretly would give up a limb to touch), the best drugs each of these cities has to offer, and tons of cash. I guarantee NOT ONE PERSON involved with this tour gives a fuck what a bunch Black Flag fans (present company included) commenting on a message board think of them. I'm not saying it's cool, I'm just saying...(b) 2+ Replies

What a shitty tour to start the new year with. I seriously feel bad for a lot of A7X's older fan base. They're probably regretting those A7X tattoos right now. They've become one of the biggest bro bands and are even touring with nothing but frat-boy bands too. It sucks that they used a hardcore scene just to end up making the tripe they make now. Not that I liked them even back then or anything, but it's still pretty obvious. 2+ Replies

I'm happy they are staying away from Milwaukee.

I'm ashamed to admit it but I do have a respect for Mr Gates and his guitar ability. There stance on most things pisses me off but the playing ability of that dude and the drummer is pretty phenomenal. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of any of the other bands on that tour. 2+ Replies
