In most places, yes, you can get a BUI for drunk bike riding. The penalties are usually very stiff too. So, cab it!

Laws may vary by location, but here in Florida you can get a DUI on anything with wheels. But even if you're safe from a DUI, there's always public intoxication/drunk & disorderly/etc. Something to strive for, perhaps.

That show was perfectly rated when it was on the air, critics loved it and it was super successful. It's been off the air for a few years is all, but I definitely wouldn't call it underrated. It was a great show though.

1. Tom Gabel at The Space in Connecticut. Crashed our car to get there, but he played so many amazing songs.
2. Bomb the Music Industry and Riot Before at the Middle East. They covered Platypus (i hate you) by Greenday.
3. Defiance, Ohio at some insane place with some insane bands when I got insane food poisoning. Great time.
4. A Wilhelm Scream at Club Hell/ the Living Room in Providence. There was like 30 people there and we all went off. My 6th and 7th time seeing them.
5. Chuck Ragan/Ben Nichols in Feburary and the Revival Tour in October.
6. Leftover Crack/Mouth Sewn Shut at Club Hell.
7. Lemuria at Jerry's bar. Singing along to "Lipstick" with a bunch of drunk dudes was great/awkward.

I think the Monikers album would've gotten a lot more love if it came out in early '08 especially when considering that Banner Pilot released 'Resignation Day' about a month before 'Wake Up' and CIVILWAR came out roughly a month later, those two albums pretty much overshadowed 'Wake Up'.

Good lists from the editorial staff. I'm a bit surprised that no one has mentioned the Disfear album Live the Storm in their best of 2008 lists. One of the best D-Beat/Hardcore Punk albums I've heard in a while.

It wasn't because you were fucked up..if you followed the myspace link the damn site automatically adds the 11.99 subscription and TWO copies of the Gasoline download.

And even when I typed in the correct numbers (0 subscr, 1 download) it still didn't work right the first time.

And I was completely sober..

i didn't go through the myspace link, but the one on their website. all i know is that 1) for some reason i did not think i'd have to pay for these songs but just the 7" and 2) you are totally right with them adding two copies of gasoline. that did not help matters. neither did trying to checkout and being brought to an ipod skin page.

Yeah, I got a checkout page that stated that I ordered 2 downloads of "Gasoline" and 1 subscription automatically too. It took me about a good 6 minutes to get my checkout page to just say 1 subscription. I was getting kind of annoyed for a while.

I bought a really bad looking plaid jacket and a tie that Corey Haim would've laughed at in the late 80s and went to Reggie's last night. I drank beer after beer after beer and was destroyed. I don't remember getting home, but I do remember getting up because I was still drunk and now I'm gonna be hungover for like 2 days. I can just feel it.

Off With Their Heads rocked. Copyrights were good when they actually played and didn't dick around and take too long between songs. Arrivals and Methadons both kicked some ass, and I was death drunk during Lawrence Arms. Even Chris took notice and said something like "That guy with the mohawk is fucked up". or something. I'm pretty sure Brendan was drunk, I could barely understand him but they were hella fun.

All that, and oh, fuck the Red Wings.

Which ones have you guys recieved yet? I ordered all four together like about a month ago, but since there were some preorders included, I haven't gotten any yet.
