The Bamboozle spinoff Hoodwink have announced much of the line up for the 2009 edition of the festival. The event features bands performing cover sets of bands that influenced them. For example, Bayside will be tackling NOFX, New Found Glory will be covering Green Day, Set Your Goals will cover Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana), We the Kings will cover Jimmy Eat World and others.
You can find more details and lineups here. The Bamboozle (74 comments)

You forgot that Forever The Sickest Kids are coverin Avril Lavinge. That's the most perfect pairing of any of the bands listed. 3+ Replies

I think Hoodwink is a good name for this Festival. Better than the original, "Bands you don't like covering other bands you don't like" Festival. 1+ Reply

Well, just goes to show you how clever Bamboozle pretended to be last year by saying NOFX, Britney Spears and Sublime were playing in the first place. 1+ Reply
