If you are a NOFX fan, it's actually pretty fun and interesting. Not a whole lot of live stuff, this isn't a live show dvd... it's more about the hijinks of a world tour.

I only prefer college basketball to NBA. College football is ok but sucks without a playoff.

I laugh when people say that pro-sports are just a bunch of millionaires who don't care. As if there aren't a ton of college players who are playing in an attempt to make the cash-cow pro level. Shit, look at the graduation rates for players at some schools, are we suggesting that those mongoloids aren't only there because they want to become pro? Seems to me like someone who is in college to become a specialist in a field might actually try opening a text book. And while it is true that pro sports do have their fair share of spoiled babies and dickweeds who only put forth effort when it's time for a new contract, there are so many more pro athletes that care about their place in their sports history and winning championships.

q2: i borrowed that progapandii cd from my friend and i dont understand whats so good about them. they have no chorus'. there are no real good melody, and they're not hard enough to have no good melody. the only good songs are 1,5 and 10. how come the guy who sings those songs only deos those 3 songs? the other guy is so boring.

the 'guy' that sings the other songs was in a band called "I-Spy" which I prefer to most any Propagandhi stuff. I don't know if you would dig it though.

99% of bands write formulaic songs that have sing-a-long choruses every 45 seconds. So when an anomaly like Propagandhi comes by and does something different - not writing choruses - the first thing you say is "they have no chorus'"? They are out to do something different. Enjoy it.

It cost 130 million to make, which is a lot. HOWEVER, I've been reading up about it, we've got 86 million domestic in 2 weeks. That isn't counting any international sales or the deluge of dvd sales they are going to get.

Apparently the studio is already happy about it, we wouldn't get a sequel as that wouldn't make any sense, but the studio's understand that people want properties taken seriously... I think they will be hesitant to grant another hard R rating comic film, but PG-13 can be pushed pretty far these days.
