The Briggs have begun announcing dates for their forthcoming "Come All You Madmen" tour. The jaunt will feature support from Left Alone and many more dates are expected.

So if Old Spock was from the original Star Trek timeline, did he erase that timeline when Kirk's Dad died? Or does the original timeline exist paralell to this new one?

OR

Was this Old Spock from this new Trek-cannon to begin with and the old timeline has nothing to do with it?

they will. There are conspicuous gaps between Illinois, Ohio, and NJ.

I say it'll be at the Magic Stick, but i would love for it to be at the shelter

yeah i noticed that too, it would make sense for them to play the stick but they just posted the 17th at Small's. They have been getting alot of bigger shows over there lately. For example next monday we are playing there with The Business and Flatfoot 56. I heard a rumor the other day that they are trying to convert the stick to primarily indie shows. Thereby getting rid of one of the last places actually in detroit for bands to play. other than all the dives and huge venues. sucky. i miss the 2500 club

awesome tour...too bad it's not in canada...also, left alone does not suck. they write great songs which are varied in styler, and have a lot of fun with what they do. i wish more artists would have fun and worry less about a particular image they had to uphold.

As the guy above me pointed out with that image, it's rediculous to say that Left Alone is one of those bands that isn't concerned with their image. Their look, or at least Elvis' look, as such a stereotype of what people assume a typical punk rocker looks like. And while I do enjoy a few Left Alone songs here and there, they have a decent amount of their songs that are cringe worthy. Like that "I hate emo" song, it isn't funny. It's just sad.

you're right they don't worry about their image....they do however have their own line of sunglasses. and isn't hellcat records an image anyways? for the most part everyone (except street dogs) looks like they played dress up in uncle marble mouth's closet.

Even though I enjoy them (slightly), I will always associate The Briggs with these two overweight 15-somethings that attempted to start a circle-pit at the Gaslight show in Cleveland with Briggs shirts on.

I hope they choke.

Do people not start a pit for Gaslight in Cleveland? Everytime I see them here in LA there's a pretty good pit for them. Except for when I saw them open for Rise Against because nobody really knew them there, but even then myself and like 5 other people started a small one so they could know at least some people were there for them...
