No Sleep Records posts free sampler; Balance and Composure EP to be vinyl-only

No Sleep Records has posted a free sampler featuring nine songs from some of the label's bands, including La Dispute, Balance and Composure, The Wonder Years, All or Nothing, I Am Alaska, Into It. Over It., Touche Amore and Monument to Thieves. You can check that out here.

In other news, the label has also announced that the new EP from Balance and Composure, Only Boundaries, will be a vinyl-only release, limited to 500 copies and due out this summer. However, a CD will be included in the packaging.

Balance and Composure have some great moments in their songs, and some kind of uninteresting ones. Their new song "Show Your Face" is really good all around, hopefully they follow that trend.

I have a wonder years 7" and its horrible, so that was the first sign it was gonna be bad.

Yeah, that band bums me out too. The lyrics and cheesy keyboards are just too much for me.

You should try to find their other releases too.

Do you like The Ghost, Olehole or Hanalei? (Brian Moss' other bands)... they're all great.

Into It Over It was the one band out of this whole thing that really caught my ear's attention...
dude wrote a song a week for a year and each one I heard was excellent...
