Hamilton, Ontario's Arkells have posted their new video for the track "The Ballad of Hugo Chavez." You can check it out by clicking Read More. The track is the second single from their 2008 Dine Alone Records debut Jackson Square.

I checked it out because of the song title, but the music didn't do it for me and I couldn't really follow the lyrics. Oh well.
