The Get Up Kids have announced their Fall reunion dates which includes a run through Europe and the UK in August and September, followed by shows in the US in September and October. We posted an interview with vocalist Matt Pryor earlier this week.

mineral and texas is the reason were great, and sound little to nothing like thursday (i've never heard the early november).

No shit, dude. If not I guess it might have to be road trip to Iowa. But who the fuck wants to go to Iowa? Maybe I'll just let my memories of them playing Majestic Theatre with At The Drive-In opening for them rest as they are, untarnished by the reality of having to sit through songs from On A Wire and Guilt Show live.
