ok well that seems pretty fair. i just put down an application for a 1 bdrm for 495 a month with gas and water included. seems like a pretty good deal, more then im paying now, but itll be nice to live alone.

to be fair i pay $1700 for a 2 bedroom with my fiancee. so we each pay $850 a month. for where we live and the apt. we have its reasonably priced. but fuck this city is expensive.

$747.50 + electric and gas.

yeah mine is 367.25 a month because its split 4 ways.

$519 a month. A nice size apartment for living alone. Plus the apartment complex is great, in a nice part of town, and not ghetto at all.

$1050 a month for 3 bedroom apartment in downtown Philly

Moving soon to a 3 bedroom house in a normal neighborhood and expect to pay $500-700.

Right now I live in a 3 bed room apt. with two other people and the rent is split $273 a month including utilities in that.

I dont know how I do it either. My roommate follows me everywhere in my house. especially in the morning when I am more prone to angry outbursts. He's been living with me for 2 weeks.
