Drummer Chris Dalley has left Death By Stereo. Dalley, who joined the band three years ago, recorded the drums for the band's forthcoming album, Death Is My Only Friend and is also the drummer for Ten Foot Pole and also joined Zebrahead on a recent tour.
The band has announced that they have joined the 10 for $10 tour, and will be performing on the July 25th and July 26th shows. Filling Chris' vacant drummer position will be original drummer Jarod Alexander. News (11 comments)

So they're not so much "joining the tour" as they are "filling the spots for local bands" that are on every stop.

Why'd he leave? C'mon now... I want some ETID style drama and shit talking.

Since the album came out YESTERDAY, it is no longer "forthcoming". Great CD, better than most this year, but still the worst one this band has put out. I say this because Death By Stereo is easily one of the best bands of the last decade.

To bad, Chris Dalley is an amazing drummer! That makes the 14th or 15th band member in 11 years, I think Efrem is the only original. | Features

I hope this means Ten Foot Pole will be active again.
