"Crash Love" media begins to surface

With Crash Love's September 29th release date looming, AFI has begun to trickle out media online. The advance review over at Alternative Press features a 30 second clip of the track "Beautiful Thieves." You can stream it here.

The band has also released the Decemberunderground b-side "Fainting Spells" for free download at VictoriaSawyer.com. The track will be included with the deluxe edition of Crash Love, along with Sing The Sorrow b-side "100 Words", and new outtakes "We've Got the Knife" and "Where We Used to Play." An edition of the record to be released as an iTunes LP will feature the tracks "Too Late for Gods" and "Breathing Towers to Heaven," as well as exclusive interviews and photos.

Sorry man, but I deny that. I hate pretty much everything they have done, with the exception of The Art of Drowning. I always have thought they were really run of the mill.

Interesting how opinions work, isn't it. Black Sails was okay. Again there were a few decent songs. I really hate their first disc. The only thing I have ever really liked was Art of Drowning. I have tried a few of their records up to, but not including Decemberunderground, but I just don't see the appeal.

AFI's first two albums are worse than either Sing the Sorrow or Decemberunderground. And I'm not even a big fan of those two albums either.

"Shut Your Mouth" was their first decent album and jokes aside, the addition of Jade helped more than hurt AFI.

I will definitley listen to this album, but I have low expectations.
