Gaslight Anthem recorded a cover of the Beatles classic, "Come Together," for the Fox 6 O'clock Rock Report in Vancouver, BC. The original song comes from the Beatles 1969 album, Abbey Road and remains one of the iconic songs of the 60s and 70s. It was written by John Lennon.

Two of my least favorite musical entities ever where I honestly don't give a shit what they sound like but I grew to hate them simply because I couldn't avoid hearing/seeing them at every turn combined. 5+ Replies

sounds bad... they actually reveal the weakness of the song itself when they play it. 2+ Replies

We already had a Beatlemania resurgence about six years ago when that "1" album came out. But I'd rather have a resurgence of that compared to vampires and Michael Jackson. 2+ Replies

I need to hear your guy's reasoning on why "Come Together" is one of the worse Beatles songs out there. And make it a good argument. 1+ Reply

hm. a band a really enjoy covering one of, if not my favourite bands. i thought they could do better, that bridge was weak. they could've picked a better song to do if they were having to do it acoustic too.

for some reason i hate that beatles rock band commercial where they use this actual song in it. i think my hatred for it comes from the fact that they got a bunch of wankers to dress up and look like the real beatles. the john lennon guy is the worst... 1+ Reply
