Bad Brains have announced a run of dates later this month including a stop at the SmokeOut Festival and two shows in Hawaii.

HR died a long time ago. I hear they just prop his corpse up on a stick, fill his tummy full of weed brownies and watch the last remnants of a punk god dissipate with each pair of "official" bad brains endorsed vans tennis shoes that are sold.

Ive lived here my whole life and it sucks. Highest rent in the nation, worst traffic slowdowns, meth heads, racism, lowest education standards in the nation.Oh, but you can go to the beach when youre not working two jobs just to break even. Fuck this god forsaken place.

If you watch 'Live CBGB 1982" you will see one of the greatest live bands that ever lived. Nowadays the best you can hope for is a semi-energetic HR....and at worst he will show up on stage wearing either a helmet and singing while standing completely still or he will pull up a chair and sing with zero energy. Lame.

I enjoyed their show at FUN FUN FUN last year, of course he doesnt have the energy like he used to but hey its Bad Brains at least I saw them before Im too old

This band is so boring live, it's almost inconvenient. I'd never bother watching these rasta hippie burn outs again. However, the Queers kicked ass in Hollyweird last night.
