hmm - there might be a double post coming since i lost signal. but - i agree the process is flawed at the moment - i just started with a new digital company and have been trying to get the process tweaked. like was mentioned, if you just put place holders in there is no need for credit card numbers.

Hey paperandplastick, I ordered the Wilhelm Scream EP cd+download back on 11/20 and never recived any confirmation emails or the cd. The store sure as hell took the money from my account but District Lines' or whoever runs the storefront's customer service have so far refused to answer any emails or questions that I sent over 2 weeks ago. 1+ Reply

Some of this stuff sounds like Rilo Kiley and is consequently far more interesting than most of Straylight's catalog with or without Michelle. Save "Big Shot (Hands in the Sky)." They'll never top that.

Not working for me either, I opted to pay with paypal, which doesnt let you confirm with a zero amount, so I paid 10p and there's no download! just an email telling me they'll ship my download in up to 4 weeks... FREE MUSIC PLEEEEEEASE?

Im tired of free downloads,I WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY TO P+P for some wilhelm scream vinyl

Yeah, I agree. I was all into the download, but NOT into giving out the pers. info on what is "free". Sorry Vinny and P+P, I understand wanting to collect info for a business ... but to steal a line from Bill (Shatner) and Hank (Rollins), "I can't get behind that!" 2+ Replies

P+P need to change their free download process. I mean I'm happy they give away free downloads, but why must I enter addresses and credit card info for something I'm not paying for? They're just gonna fill up their databases with junk info like I just gave.
